- Post and update job descriptions- Screen all incoming resumes for multiple positions- Conduct initial phone pre-screen and first-round interviews with qualified candidates- Schedule and coordinate second-round interviews for management- Perform reference checks and submit background checks- Responsible for new hire on-boarding process and documentation.

-Offer outstanding customer service, through multi-servicing, product knowledge and innovative selling techniques-Keep up to date with products to properly respond to clients’ concerns -Assist with inventory control-Merchandising and completing updates throughout the store-Train new cashiers-Open and organize received shipments
