Emma became Editorial Director for the brand in May 2009, where she worked on a consultancy basis to develop the look and feel of all of the publishing house’s fashion content – both online and in print.

In February 2008 Emma was promoted to the role of Editor at Creative HEAD to work on all editorial and commercial content and print and online initiatives for the magazine and its market-related products, which contributed to the title scooping the 2009 PPA Award for Best Monthly Trade Magazine (the first hair industry magazine to win such an accolade).
