At Streetlight Ministries Inc. I took initiative in merchandising and displays, managed the expanded location, and helped run a full staff.-Began as cashier at Streetlight Ministries and worked up to Assistant Manager.-Helped initiate opening of second location (Streetlight Kids) and created store lay out and merchandising.-Responsible for opening, closing, maintaining clean environment, pricing, stocking, merchandising, and sales at second location.-Initiated and carried out social media accounts to communicate with existing customers and bring in new customers-Had full reign on all creative endeavors such as packaging designs, creating signs, and more. -When manager was not present I would then carry out responsibilities for running both stores simultaneously.

At Dollar Tree I covered the register while also helping customers, cleaning, stocking, and assisting fellow employees. -Ran front register while simultaneously attending to store front; keeping the store clean and orderly.-Assisted customers questions and concerns with the goal to ensure customer satisfaction. -Cleaned, refaced merchandise, and stocked the store each night, followed by helping count and prepare deposit and closing store.
