Boutique Manager - Giuseppe Zanotti, Selfridges.

I am an experienced specialist representative of over 20 luxury brands sold in Selfridges Men's Shoe Department including Giuseppe Zanotti, Givenchy, Balenciaga, Lanvin, Saint Laurent, Jimmy Choo and many more. Supervising our entire men's team of 50 staff members, I focus on the training and development of our specialist Designer Team and have lead the way with an innovative new client base system and have introduced the department into the world of social media. Using my passion for the brands, ensuring excellent customer service and working with KPIs in both a creative and analytical way, I work to ensure our brand targets and expectations are satisfied.

I currently manage a team of 60 staff members, focusing on operations on the shop floor; from ensuring maximum potential staff usage during peak trade to liaising with brand representatives to ensure our sales targets are met and exceeded. Although I have only been in this role for a short time, I have been entrusted to open and close the entire shoe department alone, which has been a fantastic experience and really given me confidence as a retail manager. I have a strong focus on training our sales staff to ensure they are providing top luxury customer service at all times, as well as working with them to increase their sales productivity. My clientele management is something that I have brought to this role from my previous position, creating a digital database where I can collate and monitor all clients for the entire department. I utilize this in coaching staff in the importance of maintaining excellent relationships with our clients and ensuring none are neglected and correct follow up procedures are followed.
