The comprehensive plan includes using national and global awareness days (trendjacking), optimising content relevant to platform/channel, and responding to key communication trends (e.g. infographics and list articles). The implementation of this strategy is regularly refined according to the results of the weekly analytic review.I also created most of our online graphic design content, including material for direct campaigns, in alignment with the brand guidelines and existing collateral. In 2014, I developed a supporting social media strategy for the main campaign, which resulted in 80% of social traffic to the website being from unique users, thereby driving new customers to our campaign. To increase the reach of our content, I managed an advertising budget. Primarily used on Facebook, this has contributed to an increase in our page’s average daily reach from 1,700 users (2012) to 21,000 users (2016), expanding our audience by over 1,100%.I thrive in a relational environment, where I can encourage others and make their lives easier by lending my skills and expertise. I initiated and led internal staff training on how to use their social media profiles, and how to communicate their passions through blog writing. I also coordinated staff engagement events, creating new opportunities for staff collaboration and brand loyalty. Show less
