Administration / Marketing
Current- Assist in the creation and printing of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and postcards, and window displays
- Assist with copywriting - listing descriptions & blog posts
- Prepare listing presentations and marketing/buyer books for agents and add listing appointments to the Google calendar
- Schedule brokers tour & open houses - communicate with agents regarding coverage & input information on MLS
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members and agents.
