Responsible for identifying and securing financial processes, process mapping, risk identification and analysis, quality control, evaluation, process documentation, advice, follow up, testing and reporting.- Responsible for finance and accounting at Volvo Group Insurance. Activities included to set up and plan the training, decide on content, handle invitations etc. - Training in Volvo's investment process (global group training) on how to calculate an investment and what impacts profit and cash flow. The training included how to present the investment and the justification to a board. Furthermore the training also included business simulation and combining theory and practice to create an understanding of the relationship between income and balance sheet, business management and the operational and strategic decisions affecting the company.- Training for Venture Cup - Basic Finance.

Member of the managment team and responsible for a team of five employees (accounting, front desk, administration, and IT).Responsibilities included:- Monthly and yearly financial statements, follow up, cash flow management and strategic support to the CEO. - Developed new processes and routines within accounting/finance, sales, workshop administration and reporting.- In charge of the accounting processes when implementing a new ERP system.
