In total 30 employees (in Sweden & Asia) including five direct reporting managers.Member of the management team of Lindex Group and board member of the Lindex subsidiary boards.

The training included how to present the investment and the justification to a board. Furthermore the training also included business simulation and combining theory and practice to create an understanding of the relationship between income and balance sheet, business management and the operational and strategic decisions affecting the company.- Training for Venture Cup - Basic Finance.

Member of the managment team and responsible for a team of five employees (accounting, front desk, administration, and IT).Responsibilities included:- Monthly and yearly financial statements, follow up, cash flow management and strategic support to the CEO. - Developed new processes and routines within accounting/finance, sales, workshop administration and reporting.- In charge of the accounting processes when implementing a new ERP system. System set up, implementation, testing and follow up.

Responsible for accounting and administration for the Nordic markets, including consolidation and reporting, follow up and financial support to the CEO and Group Managers. Member of the management team for the Nordic region and responsible for a team of seven employees (accounting and IT departments).Responsibilities included:- Identifying and developing financial and administrative processes and policies during a growth period (organic growth and through acquisition) when the company went from 10 to 140 employees. Also experience of downsizing to 30 employees during 2002.- Driving the change and adoption to a new ERP, e.g. system set up, reports, lay out, reconciliation, accounting rules, follow up etc.- Support the CEO during the downsizing e.g. cutbacks, wage cuts, closure of offices and layoffs.
