Working within the in-house psychotherapy service. Offering individual medium to long term weekly psychotherapy to SHP service users who have experience of homelessness, social exclusion and current or historic alcohol and drug use.

MAJOR PROJECT: Adverse Event/Product Complaint Reporting on the iPad (Sales Reps in ACE) Requirements Gathering - Australia, Canada and Europe (ACE) affiliates Chaired two teleconferences with the Patient Safety and Quality teams in order to agree on required fields and technical functionality and facilitated email communications between project team and updating of requirements document, resulting in sign-off at the end of November 2012. Negotiation with Vendor - liaising with my internal customers to match up their needs in form/application development. Principle Communications with Affiliates - scheduled & ran meetings on project testing engagement needs and delivery timelines. Produced Training Materials - developed collaboratively with a member of the Canadian Patient Safety team and worked with a separate vendor to have this translated into 5 languages.PROJECT: 'eFiles'- Database for Global Regulatory Affairs Teams Teleconferences - weekly project meetings with the US to bring in a new version of the database tool, putting forward the needs of the EU Hub Regulatory Team I was responsible for. Global Training Materials - worked with a member of the US team to put together a set of training materials suitable for Japan, Canada and EU countries due to begin using the system.MS SHAREPOINT PROJECTS: - for EU Regulatory Affairs: Regulatory Intelligence Tracking System - sole responsibility for co-ordinating the migration of the old Lotus Notes Database to the new SharePoint tool.  Creating, testing and documenting the new system before working with the 'Retirement Team' to close off the old system.  Planning, Tracking & Submission Tool - Bought together a group of the EU regulatory scientists to look into the changes needed to combine two regulatory tracking tools into one departmental SharePoint Tool. Formulated a test and communication plan in order to combine the tools to meet year end departmental target.

• IT: Spread sheets & SharePoint – Used pivot tables, graphs and Vlookups to catalogue compliance training and completed the compliance corporate quarterly log using a macro system in Excel. Worked under instruction to update and restructure the UK Compliance intranet site, creating news bulletin boards, upload areas and topic pages.• Presentations – Presented on two occasions at the UK quarterly compliance community meetings attended by all 30 UK Regional Compliance officers. • Training – Assisted training at UK rail business in Westminster and corporate communications team meeting in Poole. Accompanied a colleague in the auditing of different business units in Manchester• ‘Secondment’ to RIC team – Three weeks in the Risk & Internal control team; documenting their processes through flowcharts and descriptions and quality checks on their control systems.
