I am a registered and endorsed Sport and Exercise Psychologist, residing in Brisbane, Australia. My psychology practice, In Motion Psychology, is focused upon the niche area of exercise psychology. I additionally work in higher education, teaching in the areas of sport, exercise, and health psychology.I am passionate about the role of psychology within exercise, and how it can be used to help individuals build healthy, long-term, and empowering exercise behaviours and habits. I additionally enjoy working with fitness companies and brands, helping them to establish exercise psychology principles within their products and services.Alongside my work in exercise psychology, I have worked in general psychology since 2018. Supporting individuals aged 16 years and over, I work with a variety of mental health concerns. My main therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
