•Advertising and Print: Creating copy for scheduled and ad-hoc advertising. Working with our agency to create new campaigns. Negotiating with suppliers for advertising outwith the annual schedule.•Branding: Management of the relationship with our merchandise supplier. Stock management, management of new products to our merchandise portfolio, management of orders from our distributors, partners and employees. •Internal Communications: Brand creation of new Employee Engagement Initiative ‘CREST’. Development of marketing plan and management of internal roll-out. Re-design of the internal newsletter 'Inside DMC'. Management of content and distribution, writing of editorial. •Trade Shows: Supporting the Marketing Communications Manager with stand design and build. Co-ordinate the equipment shown at trade shows. Management of print material and merchandise and special edition newsletter. Event management: arrangements for the global teams, booking entertainment for the stands, co-ordinating customer events, social media, adverts copy and editorial.•Marketing collateral: Creation and updating of all brochures, product pages on tokheim.com, whitepapers, Product Information Packs (PIPs), product videos, product and corporate presentations. •Website management: day to day management of Tokheim.com. Creating new product pages, updating global contact information for all 21 countries in Tokheim’s global operation, updating general information pages such as Vacancies, Videos, Events, About Tokheim, News and more.•PR: Writing Press Releases for Tokheim.•Social Media: Planning, content management and copywriting of posts. •Global Key Accounts: Contract support and tendering for MOC’s, and monthly/quarterly sales, Quality, HSSE and KPI reporting to the MOC’s. I currently support a team of 5 Global Key Account Managers.
