Provide instruction and coaching for graduate trainees in GE Capital to develop their financial, technical and business skills. Main responsibilities include weekly calls and mark up of homework answers for ~20 FMPs each six month period, 3 in person meetings to supervise and mark up tests as well as small groups to present a business problem and propose solutions. Liaise with senior leaders to coordinate roundtables with the FMPs to increase exposure and profiles. Coaching sessions with Individuals to assist their growth and development in their professional lives

Over each 3 month period I was assigned a team of 4-5 auditor that were tasked with proactively risk assessing, planning, and executing audit deliverables. Through investigating and determining the cause of irregularities and errors, proposing and implementing recommendations to adapt processes and procedures to mitigate future errors. I was responsible for determining what to audit, setting direction, managing team, communicating audit results and recommendations to head of CAS and GE business C-suite. Corporate Audit Staff is an intensive experienced level audit and leadership program designed to provide high potential employees with intensive on-the-job development opportunities, extensive contact with the different businesses within GE, and valuable relationship management skills.
