Emma Sunstrum has filled many roles in the Canadian Music Industry. Her areas of experience include publishing, royalties, manufacturing, product management, tour managing, grant writing, distribution, record label operations and artist management. After graduating from Seneca’s Independent Music Production program in 2011, Emma worked at SRO Management/Anthem Entertainment Group as Production Manager and Assistant to the Vice President until 2016. When ole acquired Anthem Entertainment in 2015, Emma served as Label Consultant to ole, assisting them in setting up their new record label division. In 2016, Emma became the Operations Coordinator at Outside Music’s label and management divisions, later moving up to the Operations & Production Manager role, a position she still enjoys today. Emma has worked for numerous JUNO and Grammy winning/nominated artists spanning a wide range of genres including Rush, The Weather Station, Justin Rutledge, Big Wreck, Brody Dalle, Steven Page, Jill Barber, Rose Cousins, and many more. Along with her involvement as a music industry professional, Emma is also a FACTOR funded singer-songwriter and an actively performing drummer.
