Chief Executive of Active Lincolnshire, having moved into the physical activity sector in 2020 following almost 20 years of working in tourism. At Active Lincolnshire we are committed to enabling more people to be more active, more often. Health and wellbeing has never been so important and the impact of physical activity on our mental health and wider wellbeing is well understood. A key part of my role is to build relationships and work in partnership to deliver greater impact.I am passionate about ensuring that through working together, fully understanding local need we can influence system change, remove barriers and change behaviours so that being active becomes part of our daily lives. Previous experience includes managing international tourism programmes (including Mayflower 400), establishing Visit Lincoln as a Destination Management Organisation. I have extensive experience of marketing and communications, project management, developing strategic partnerships.
