I provide clear, responsive and commercial advice on all aspects of employment law, including disciplinary issues, dismissal, discrimination, sickness absence, redundancy, national minimum wage, breach of contract, apprenticeships, social media issues, and confidentiality and competition issues arising on termination of employment.I regularly assist with the employment law aspects of business sales and transfers, including employee due diligence and TUPE-related issues.I am an experienced trainer and presenter, and regularly design and deliver bespoke in-house training for employers of all sizes, ranging from SMEs to multi-national corporations. I advise on settlement agreements and employee shareholder agreements, and provide employment tribunal advice and representation from pre-claim stage through to tribunal hearings and judicial mediations.
