The role involves working closely with all creative and performing arts departments including drama, dance, music, art and photography. Maintaining equipment and providing technical support, including both sound and lighting for the many public events which take place throughout the year (including the annual whole school musical production and dance show).The role requires providing administrative support to the CPA faculty as an events' organizer and curriculum support. Responsible for include arranging and costing events, booking theatre tickets, coaches, collating and sending out event and trip information, organising peripatetic staff and student schedules, student information and permissions slips, collecting and recording monies received on Excel and recording minutes in all faculty meetings. The role occasionally includes designing graphics or presentations for curriculum support and creating props/scenery for the whole school production.
