I supported the marketing team with design solutions for internal and external marketing campaigns. This included scrim, store signage, social posts and event material. I led the design, layout and photo shoot of vehicles for a digital marketing campaign to promote Kennards Hire range of site specific vehicles for commerical customers. The campaign included social media, website and targeted ads.

In this contract role I worked closely with editors to layout complex, text heavy booklets and fact sheets. This included creating clear visuals of medical procedures through infographics and detailed informational diagrams

I worked closely with the Art Director and Marketing Manager to concept and lead photoshoots and targeted marketing campaigns for stores around Australia. This included outdoor banners, emails, social media, posters and instore marketing material. I led the creative development of targeted marketing campaigns for stores around Australia. I styled multiple food photoshoots with a small internal team, on limited budgets, time frames and with a new brand. We then implemented the new brand and photography across multiple national store openings

I led the concept and design of digital and print marketing projects, working closely with brand managers, copywriters and internal stakeholders to support the strategies of TfNSW’s portfolio of brands. My responsibilities included developing brand and design elements for the many Transport brands including corporate, RMS and Sydney Trains. I provided design advice/expertise to junior team members, contractors, brand managers and requests that come from around the Transport organisation. I also ensured documents adhere to WCAG 2.0 and lead and advise team members on design outcomes that were accessible.

Along with my design responsibilities I was entrusted with responding to inquiries from regional ING offices. This included creative teams in Los Angeles, Windsor and the brand department in Atlanta, Georgia.Key achievementDesign team leader on an internal project for the ING Chief Financial Officer in Amsterdam to develop a theme and headline copy for brochure, folder and information wheel. I project managed the international communication between stakeholders located in Los Angeles, London and Amsterdam.

My responsibilities included, developing visual elements used in ING brand guidelines and evolving brand identity within existing corporate design guidelines. I was the team leader on the annual reports project. Involved supervising several design contractors.Key achievementI was solely responsible for the concept, art direction and final image selection for the photographic shoots of PortfolioOne (a premium investment product) and OneCare, ING Australia’s major insurance offering. Images were used in print, online and in above the line campaigns.
