As the Accenture Global People Communications lead - I brought my change, transformation and Marketing expertise together. Driving transformation of the communications function and managing all internal and engagement related communication activity across the business. The transformation strategy focused on driving up the communications capability, new processes and procedures and new tech infrastructure to engage with the 500K+ Accenture employees. During my 18 month tenure I delivered, new automated channels, built a team of 300+ employees and first ever content and channel governance.As the Accenture Europe Talent Brand Lead I led large scale advertising, marketing and communications programs resulting in achieving numerous awards including Best Global Multimedia Campaign (ERE Creative Excellence Awards) and Innovation in Recruitment (Personnel Today Awards). I have led large teams in highly successful marketing and recruitment campaigns utilizing innovative digital, social and talent attraction strategies. Other experience at Accenture included a 2 year secondment to the Royal Navy for the Trafalgar 200 Programme. Ranked Commander and leading a team of naval personnel to deliver the Youth, child and disabilities offering for the celebrations, Fleet Review and Trafalgar Square Event. This involved securing 50k young people aboard ships for the review, building a national schools programme and competition and project managing the involvement of young people and actors for the Trafalgar Square event.I am Employer Brand Cert.
