My main responsibilities include creating, maintaining and guiding project execution balancing scope, resources and time. I have a broad surface of contact, where I manage stakeholder relations inside and outside PFA. Also, I cooperate with various areas of the business, with our Project Management Office and the internal agile development set-up, securing all governance is complied. Also, I spend my time designing and facilitating various processes including product design processes, workshops and meetings. Projects vary but are typically within the field of IT-development and implementation or product development.
