- Live and work in multiple countries during the year for extended periods of time- Ensure that the school has the necessary and adequate resources onsite to complete its activities (e.g. personnel, materials, equipment, etc.) for groups of 15-60 pax, with students aged 14-18 years of age as well as school staff- Develop a stable infrastructure for each host city by securing housing, classrooms, transport, food, mobile communication, and all other supportive elements that vary from city-to-city in order to carry-out the objectives of a TGS Cohort for multiple years- Maintain and manage international networks of vendors in order to secure annual contracts, while also conducting advanced planning visits to future host cities to identify prospective housing, classrooms, laboratories, and all other required logistics- Manage all host city development, timelines, and experience expectations for each Host City Specialist in each unique location- Negotiate international contracts that follow the parameters and budgets established by the Business Director- Manage daily onsite business operations with students, staff, and local vendors- Establish and coordinate safety protocols for daily operations and emergency action plans within each host city location- Establish travel methods specific for the unique circumstances for each assigned country- Coordinate the safe and seamless arrival and departure of student & staff - Serve as primary coordinator for all major school events such as Graduation, Symposium, and Showcase (virtually & in-person)-Advise students on academic success & acquiring knowledge beyond the THINK Global School experience- Complete other all ad hoc projects, as assigned
