•Head the creative development & execution for Prepaid Above the line, Below the line and Sponsorships Advertising for both GM and Hispanic segments, already increasing Brand Recall and Ad engagement metrics - Lead a team of Ad Managers in charge of bringing to life insightful creative from National to Local and Sponsorships programs, for ATL and BTL advertising tactics including TV, Audio, OLV, Digital, Broadcast features, OOH, Print, and Retail -Lead Digital testing initiatives contextualizing creative per channel, already implementing key learnings that have increased engagement and performance on YouTube •Keeper of the Creative Brand voice -Manage development and implementation of Metro brand elements throughout creative including EL and SL brand elements and standards -Review and keep alignment on all work and SL translations for ATL and BTL digital, social, digital, retail and PR teams•Work Cross-Functionally to Champion the Prepaid segment -Steward GM and SL Advertising thought leadership & creative development we partner with Prepaid LOBs and other creative channels to support all Prepaid segments -Work with various creative teams including BOKRP (National), Decoded (Digital/OLV) and T-Studios (Retail/Local)
