During my tenure at Boots, I successfully project managed a major refit of the beauty hall and directly line managed a team of up to 50 staff members. This role honed my skills in B2C sales, team leadership, and strategic planning.In addition to my experience in retail management, I have also worked as a Business Development Consultant. In this role, I collaborated with many types of business from self-employed professionals to large market-leading enterprises to identify and secure the right apprenticeships, aiding in their business growth and development.I am passionate about giving back to the community and have been a committed volunteer for Look Good Feel Better (LGFB) since August 2017.
