I lead end-to-end project management for children's books, from ideation to final print, working with authors, illustrators, layout artists, and printers. I also help create marketing strategies and design educational curricula for each book, managing teams across creative, design, and production to meet deadlines and sales goals.

As an associate intern at Principle Capital Partners, I did technical and legal research in the lithium mining industry and analyzed the key metrics of major firms on the market. I ran calculations to find unit production costs and company valuations using tools in Excel and Python. Additionally, I assisted in creating a new data room organizational structure for the company and attended weekly meetings to present my findings.

After learning coaching methodology and classroom management techniques, I applied them in multiple classes, working with children between the ages of 18 months - 7 years across various sports including soccer, football, baseball/t-ball, and volleyball. Over one season, I coached six classes of 5-15 students per week.

I researched and wrote a narrative history book of three soldiers who fought in World War 1, using OHS's exhibit of ~200 original letters, additionally supplemented by primary sources from that time period such as trench maps, brigade/battalion war diaries, and military service files. To further my research, I connected with additional historical societies and museums such as the 48th Highlanders Regimental Museum and the 15th Battalion Memorial Project, and with other historians and authors for publishing mentorship.

I scaled a teaching-based nonprofit to 700+ students and secured $10,000 USD to expand globally. My role involved overseeing daily operations and developing and executing marketing and growth strategies, utilizing SEO, focus groups, and email campaigns. I managed a team of 100+ volunteers, and five domestic and two international partnerships.

Designed and hosted 6+ Creative Writing classes for over 100 students, totaling over 1,500+ slides worth of content and material. Helped 10+ students publish their own books through the 'Road to Publication' class.

Alongside a team of five, I learned about WeFunder's business model and implemented a similar crowdfunding model to an example application. We drafted a business proposal, built a prototype and presented our project to an audience of ~ 200.
