I work within the Team Sports unit at Wilson, where we manage all things relating to Football, Basketball, Volleyball, and Soccer. My role on the team is to manage the relationships with our partners and athletes, as well as setting and executing the marketing strategies for various partnerships, product launches, and events.

As a Team Manager, I help train and lead the team, as well as track and communicat all relevant information as it rapidly changes leading up to the event.

I accompanied my assigned athlete(s) through their entire ESPYS experience, ensuring they made it to all of their scheduled interviews, media hits, and on-stage responsibilities on time.

I represented the number one brand in non-alcoholic beer, managing all of their sports-related events and partnerships west of the Mississippi, plus numerous national partnerships including their partnerships with USC, the Trail Blazers, AEG, Alterra Mountain Co, World Surf League, AVP, USA Triathlon, and more. Responsibilities included:- Managed all sports-related events and partnerships west of the Mississippi and a portion of the national sports sponsorships for Athletic Brewing Co - Organized the logistics for over 150 event activations per year - Created marketing approaches and activation plans for all assigned partners - Vetted, negotiated, and interpreted contracts with new and potential partners - Executed all contractual assets for assigned partnerships and events - Tracked performance over time with existing partners and adapted accordingly - Built and maintained relationships across the country with Athletic staff and partners - Managed partners including: USC, Portland Trail Blazers, Alterra Mountain Co, AEG ConcertVenues, USA Triathlon, Life Time, World Surf League- Built Athletic’s partner and talent intro pitch deck, which has been used companywide for 2+ years- Provided support for events among Winstate partners including Puma- Built Winstate’s pitch deck, including brand’s story, tone of voice, and look & feel

The AVP is the nation’s premier pro beach volleyball tour - I was responsible for maintaining and furthering the tour's relationships with all of their sponsors. In just over 3 years, I managed over 150 sponsorship accounts, varying in size from single-event deals for a few thousand dollars, all the way up to multi-million-dollar, multi-year national sponsorships. Responsibilities included:- Managed tour's sponsor accounts and activations, comprising 150+ brands - Trafficked partner commercial elements and worked with live stream and NBC contacts to manage commercial allotment and in-show assets - Managed inventory of sponsorship elements - Worked with onsite producers on run of show to include all sponsor commitments - Collected and tracked data to get itemized and total impression numbers for sponsors ROI - Created annual recaps for each brand- Assisted with sponsorship and VIP sales and renewals - Created annual partnership sales deck & personalized decks for each potential sponsor - Generated ideas and created new assets for the AVP to sell to partners - Managed VIP ticket offerings and sales - Assisted with onsite hospitality for VIP purchasers and special guests- Coordinated sponsor marketing efforts - Worked with brands to create marketing plans and goals - Coordinated with Creative Director to build onsite activation plans and organize branding requirements - Worked with social media team to create and execute sponsor marketing campaigns on AVP social media, email, and official website - Planned supplementary sponsored events- Designed the event site maps and laid out the sponsor village, taking into account branding conflicts, sponsorship size and priority, quantity of events attended, water and power needs, storage needs, etc.

I managed all aspects of marketing for UCLA Men's and Women's Volleyball and Men's and Women's Tennis, including sponsorship activation, promotion, and gameday production. I also assisted in the marketing for UCLA Football. My non-sport-specific duties included managing UCLA Athletics Trade Agreements, UCLA Athletics Stickers app, print advertisements, and the planning and execution of stadium panoramas and gigapixels. Additionally, I was in charge of UCLA's Stanza account, which we branded as Bruin Calendar, and I grew the number of downloads by 267% in just 6 months.

ESPN Madison is an affiliate of ESPN and is owned by Good Karma Brands. As an intern here, I was part of the street team, working at events at various locations around Madison, promoting ESPN, ESPN Madison, and Good Karma Brands. At events, I interacted with fans and got them involved with our brand through various games, raffles, and more. I also worked in the office during the week, completing projects as assigned. Most of these projects were related to marketing, or gaining a better understanding of our company and our relationship with ESPN and our partners.

As a GS Intern, I was fully responsible for the Upperdeck in Camp Randall Stadium during home football games. This means I oversaw Guest Service Event Staff and coordinated with CSC Security Personnel to ensure that all of the 15,000 people sitting in the Upperdeck had a positive experience and were safe. I also ran guest services during home soccer games, and oversaw Event Staff and Guest Services Reps during events that took place in UW Athletic facilities, including concerts, shows, family events, graduations, high school tournaments, and UW athletic events.

As a GS Rep, it was my job to ensure that all of our patrons have a positive experience at our events, whether that be a football game at which 80,000 people are in attendance, or a donor event with 50 guests. I answered questions, solved problems, and assisted guests as necessary during UW athletic events including football games, men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball, and hockey. I also served as a tour guide, performing tours of Camp Randall and the Kohl Center to groups as large as 30 people.

I worked under the VP of Marketing and assisted the marketing department with projects such as writing Pandora ads, writing and managing website content for multiple sites, social media, planning events, research, invoice coding, and formal reports. I also attended photo and video shoots, sales calls, and weekly sales meetings. My main focus was working with our sports partners and customers such as the Oakland Athletics, San Jose Earthquakes, and NASCAR. I also worked on projects with The Home Depot.

While interning with the IJGA, I was given the opportunity to work with a great team of people to plan and host golf tournaments for kids ages 8-13. I was responsible for everything that the Youth Development Program posted on the IJGA official website and the Facebook page, including stories and pictures after every event, as well as official scores. My other responsibilities included preparing materials for each tournament, running registration at the tournaments, setting up courses, enforcing the rules of golf, addressing any questions or concerns of current participants or their parents as well as potential future members, and taking kids' official scores and settling score disputes at the end of each group's round.
