• Managed a multicultural team of 25 staff to implement five community health programs in two rural Guatemalan villages
• Renewed, and manage large Maternal and Child Health grant
• Engage the Ministry of Health and fifteen area NGOs to coordinate our efforts, reducing duplication and facilitating learning from previous experiences
• Developed a data management system to enable comprehensive program evaluation and quick response to concerning data trends

• Consulted with Population Services International (PSI) Liberia on feasible chlorine production options and quality control
• Evaluated the implementation of hollow-fiber water filters in rural Honduras using qualitative, quantitative, and microbiological techniques
• Analyzed health care worker experiences of the government response to a cholera outbreak in Kenya
• Conducted field evaluation for compartment bag test for E.Coli in Burkina Faso
• Assisted in training and set-up of Kenya S.Typhi study using Dead End Ultrafiltration for large volume water sampling, IDEXX Colilert-18 and Enterolert, free and total chlorine, turbidity, conductivity, and pH

• Primary investigator on “Accuracy, precision, ease-of-use, and cost effectiveness of methods to test Ebola-relevant chlorine concentration solution”
• Supported study on randomized trial of impact of handwashing methods on skin irritation
• Worked with Professor Daniele Lantagne and Anna Murray on evaluations of effectiveness of water interventions in developing countries including: H2go, biosand filters, hollow fiber filters, and ceramic filters.
• Developed code system and data entry sheet using both EpiData and Excel
• Condensed long manuscripts into 4-page and 1-page fact sheets
