Managing everything from long term projects to small website changes, I have used my agency and client experience to hit the ground running with any mix of marketing requirements handed to me.Working with creative agencies on the south coast including Halo Design Associates, Really B2B, April Six and Sideshow Group is very rewarding. I’ve been lucky enough to work with brands such as Porsche, AstraZeneca and the holiday park operator Cove.One of my biggest passions is managing projects to a successful outcome whilst building strong relationships.

As a Senior Account Manager I lead high profile accounts for Really B2B, our main focus was lead generation campaigns with calculated targets. Measurement was everything and clients really valued this approach.My experience here spanned across clients in the IT sector as well as banking and finance and professional services.

I was thrilled to have been offered a promotion to become Senior Account Manager in July 2011. It was great that my dedication and experience was recognised.In my role I have experience of managing a team of account managers and account executives. I ensure all projects and campaigns are managed on time, to budget and they answer (and push where necessary) the client brief. To ensure fantastic results are achieved from the projects I manage, I work very closely with internal and external stakeholders raising positive and negative issues. I am the ‘go to’ contact within the team to review creative briefs, cost estimates and creative/artwork before they are supplied to the client.I manage a mix of ATL, BTL and TTL campaigns for clients which now also include the Volkswagen, Skoda, Audi, Weymouth BID and Hampshire County Council to name but a few. I am also the internal auditor for our ISO9001 accreditation.I am also involved with pitching for new clients and monthly/yearly forecasting for existing clients. This provides me with the bigger picture with regards to the company’s desire to grow and also ensures I am armed with relevant knowledge when managing the team, client budgets and required income from new clients.

I joined RLA, an integrated creative agency, with a challenge to develop clients in industries that I had no previous experience in. As lead account manager on the Scania (Great Britain) Limited account, I relished the opportunity to deliver their national on and offline campaigns. The automotive industry was new to me so I quickly adapted my experience, which ensured the client received a service that was not interrupted with unnecessary ‘learnings’.I was also able to gain experience in the food and charity sectors with managing clients such as Produced in Italy and WWF.Overall, I was the lead account manager on key clients, which included organising and managing photo shoots, I produced project budgets and costings and support documents for new pitches and I also prided myself on helping to nurture and build new clients within the agency.

As a campaign manager I was responsible for creating and implementing sales and awareness campaigns to Zurich's broker market. These ranged from new product launches to updated propositions.On a daily basis I liaised with external creative agencies and Zurich's business areas to create these successful campaigns.I was also responsible for the budget allocated and I ensure all campaigns are created on time and on budget.
