In-depth understanding of customers' pain points and demands, to provide the most suitable customized human resources solutions.  Development and maintenance of cross-border business globally (Southeast Asia, North America, Greater China). Conduct market analysis according to customers' industry and demands, plan to talent solution, recruitment strategy and talent mapping.  Identify/develop the new business opportunities base on company’s business(Human Resources Consulting, RPO, Localized Compensation & Benefits Package, flexible hiring, Talent Mapping and so on) Work closely with Local team (North America, Southeast Asia, and Greater China) to manage and deliver development project from beginning to end.

In charge of all Maersk Greater China Positions,including Regional,Global high level positions based on Mainland China,Taiwan and HongKong.Collaborate with teams to build recruiting solutions,solid understanding of the complete recruiting function.Types of positions involved, such as IT, Sales, Finance,Marketing and Legal....Understand the external market and its implications on the business and people strategy (IT,sales,Finance,HR,Legal, people practices etc.) Docking and handling many cases end to end with multiple parties simultaneously. Well developed network of candidates and the skills to build the network quickly and comprehensively.Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify and build out staffing needs and strategies.Understand the local market and industry situation. Intention communication, arrangement interview, salary negotiation and on boarding process.Build and maintain good relationships and have a good sense of negotiation with all parties including hiring managers, candidates and business partners.Set up talent mapping.

Work closely with hire manager in order to deeply understand hire manager needs. Manage applicant flow to ensure availability of qualified candidates and compliance with diversity hiring goals.Assess business pain points and problem, in consultation with, to develop workable solutions.Utilize active channels to screening and sourcing qualified candidates and advertise positions.Provide guidance and direction to junior.Make a cold phone call with candidates to obtain information regarding applicant’s work history,job skills,education,certificate,and salary requirements.Work with leaders to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.Develop and manage communications regarding organizational structure, employment-related news, and HR-related programs and policies.Responsible for the hiring delivery from screening to successfully onboarding in assigned territory/ BUs, compliance with the recruiting process and guideline and be accountable for data accuracy in recruiting system.Balanced usage on sourcing channels to meet the KPIs including but not limited to: lead time, hiring cost, hire volume, monitor the ongoing hiring cases with progress in healthy cadence.Mapping out local talents and keep a good accumulation into talent pool, build up network in talent market for pipeline preparation, passionate to reactive passive candidates.Participate in campus hiring program and other recruitment programs, take other assignments per requirement.
