Neurodivergent Mural ArtMy role was to orchestrate a groundbreaking initiative that brought together 20 neurodivergent artists alongside a seasoned muralist. Tasked with transforming one of the largest areas in Kuching into a vibrant masterpiece, I led a diverse team of artists and over 10 dedicated volunteers. Through careful planning, collaboration, and community engagement, we created not just a mural but a symbol of unity and artistic expression that showcased the talent and creativity of neurodivergent individuals in our community.Neurodivergent Disability Rights WorkshopI spearheaded a critical initiative aimed at educating and advocating for the rights of neurodivergent individuals. This project involved extensive planning, outreach, and coordination with experts in the field. The workshop provided a platform for individuals with diverse neurodivergent conditions to share their experiences, learn about their rights, and work towards a more inclusive society. It was a significant step forward in fostering awareness and understanding of neurodiversity within our community.Neurodivergent Baking WorkshopMy role revolved around creating an intimate and supportive learning environment for 10 neurodivergent participants. This small-scale, hands-on workshop aimed to empower individuals with neurodivergent conditions by teaching them baking skills and fostering a sense of accomplishment and independence. Through careful planning and personalized instruction, we created a safe and inclusive space where participants could thrive, build confidence, and develop valuable life skills. This workshop was a testament to our commitment to enhancing the lives of neurodivergent individuals in a tangible and meaningful way.

In my role as Secretary for the Special Olympics Kuching Chapter, I effectively managed administrative tasks, including documentation, meeting coordination, and stakeholder communication. Additionally, I assumed a pivotal role in Public Relations, organizing events, managing social media, and collaborating with local media outlets to promote our athletes' achievements and advocate for inclusion in sports. This multifaceted position exemplified my commitment to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities and fostering their integration into the community through advocacy and sports.

Asia Carbon Conference | 14 – 16 March 2023 In my capacity as Project Director for the Asia Carbon Conference, I orchestrated a multifaceted project aimed at addressing crucial issues related to carbon reduction and sustainability. My role encompassed strategic planning, cross-functional team leadership, and meticulous project management. Collaborating with experts, stakeholders, and sponsors, I ensured the successful organization of a high-profile conference that brought together innovators and thought leaders to drive meaningful change in the field of environmental conservation.Asia for Animals Sarawak Conference | 11 – 14 October 2023I undertook the responsibility of orchestrating a major international event focused on animal welfare and conservation. My role involved strategic planning, resource allocation, and team coordination to ensure the seamless execution of this critical initiative. Working closely with renowned experts, organizations, and advocates, I facilitated a platform for the exchange of ideas and solutions, ultimately contributing to the betterment of animal rights and protection in the Asian region.

As the former Graphic Designer for MUDA Sarawak, I specialized in creating visually compelling content that embodied our organization's message and identity. My skill set included expertise in graphic design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong grasp of branding principles. I excelled in creative problem-solving, collaborated effectively with team members, and handled multimedia design, ensuring that our outreach efforts remained engaging and consistent. With a knack for project management and a commitment to staying updated with industry trends, I was dedicated to visually enhancing MUDA Sarawak's communication materials and supporting our mission with impactful design solutions.

For final semester Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management, the students are required to undergo industrial training for one semester. I was honoured to be given the opportunity to go for my industrial training at Kraftangan Malaysia. During my internship for fourteen weeks, i was heavily involved with Commercial Digital and Research Development departments. I am proud to share that i managed to score myself a GPA4.0 for the semester.

Started as a temporary employment however i fell in love with the culture Starbucks practice. stayed for a good amount of years. During my employment year, other than learning about the secrets behind a cup of deliciousness, i was exposed to marketing elements. whereby we have promotional beverages now and then. At Starbucks, even a barista level is required to know these elements. I also managed to earn myself a black apron which is the certified coffee master.
