Led hiring efforts across Atlassian's newest product, Loom! During my temporary secondment, I provided expert guidance on Atlassian's interview and hiring processes, introduced diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and leveraged data insights to enhance recruitment strategies.
