In my role as Managing Director I manage all operational and strategic aspects of the organisation, including leading industry campaigns and overseeing governance, financial management, reporting, human resources, and programming, as well as working closely with the MusicNSW Board on strategic direction. My main role is to advocate for the needs of the NSW music industry; artists, businesses, venues and the artform as a whole. AMIN is the Australian Music Industry Network - a network of state music bodies focused on strategic development of the Australian contemporary music industry. Its members include Music Victoria, Music SA, QMusic, Music Tasmania, Music ACT, Music NT and WAM.

As Festival Arts Program Producer for the FBi SMAC Awards I delivered the arts program component of the FBi SMACs Festival, held at Carriageworks in January 2016. This involved liaising with FBi programming team, the artists, the venue and the festival production manager to deliver 6 artworks during the Festival. The works ranged from custom-built fireworks to an especially designed mini-golf installation and included a collaboration with Mr Whippy to develop a specialty ice cream.

I worked freelance for a variety of Australian and German clients as a web designer, developer and producer. This included full-scale website re-design, maintenance, content migration, social marketing design and implementation, marketing consulting and publicity.

I worked as SWF's Marketing Coordinator for three festivals. I worked closely with the Marketing Manager, programming team, and creative agencies to help develop and roll out three highly successful campaigns.
