In my role at IWPR, I facilitated and prepared qualitative and quantitative research at the intersection of economics and reproductive health, with some of my work even being cited in congressional hearings (publications available on request). I took the lead in organizing monthly working lunches featuring speakers for junior staff, staying below budget, while also authoring weekly internal "research roundup" newsletters to keep everyone informed. I coordinated efforts for multiple events (Care Conference and Power+ 2024), collaborating closely with speakers and external partners to ensure they were a resounding success. Additionally, I designed graphics and products for the Connect for Success Initiative, further amplifying its impact.

I maintained federal regulations while recruiting patients for trials and conducting chart reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy. In addition to these responsibilities, I fostered strong relationships between departments and bridged the gap between medical personnel and patients, facilitating better communication and collaboration throughout the process.
