Duties / Responsibilities:• Assist with cost saving solutions throughout a project by way of value engineering • Work with Sourcing equipment and Procurement team on equipment procurement and delivery process• Writing IRs and processing POs for registered vendors • Track Procurement and ensure the quality of all equipment and services procured• Produce Technical Submittals in line with the requirements of the project• Provide samples and update approval schedule to track progress• Extensive use of Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Relux / Dialux, Autocad and Revit• Provide on-going Progress Reports throughout the life of a project • Provide Operation and Maintenance Manuals at the end of projects with a detailed report of the works completed• Coordinate installation to ensure required results are achieved to meet design specification• Updates to Live Drawings and completion of Construction Drawings• Ensuring the latest up to date drawings are in use on site• Carry out internal audits on site safety, site progress and use of company standard procedures • Current Projects: - Capital Dock, Sir John Rogersons Quay, Dublin 2- JP Morgan – Fitout, Capital Dock Block A, Sir John Rogersons Quay, Dublin 2- 1-6 SJRQ, Sir John Rogersons Quay, Dublin 2

• Responsible for Installing, maintaining, repairing electrical wiring, equipment, & fixtures.• Ensure that all work completed is carried out in accordance with Health & Safety regulations. • Advising clients and senior managers verbally or in writing on hazardous equipment and essential work.• Carrying out electrical installation and facilities maintenance work• Carrying out new project work, design and installation.• Interpreting work instructions, drawings and schematics.• Travelling to locations on site and working both indoor and outdoor.• Using tools & testing equipment including oscilloscopes, ammeters & test lamps.• Working in retail outlets, pubs, local authorities and general commercial office buildings.

• Responsible for maintenance of a wide range of electrical equipment over the entire airport campus, holding an airside access badge and airside driving permit and also liaising with airport police for a variety of tasks. Duties included breakdown maintenance, preventative maintenance and periodic maintenance. Also responsible for the safety and care of passengers travelling through the airport. Duties • Accountable for all electrical and general tasks relating to maintenance.• Maintaining and repairing all electrical equipment.• Administrative work like maintaining records and files and preparing reports.• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and floor plans.• Tracing, diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults• Checking & testing circuit breakers and replacing them where required.
