- Responsible for forging strategic deals with leading internet sites, distribution partners, portals, media firms and other strategic companies, both online and offline, and integrating those solutions into the Zkey product offering. - Responsible for research, evaluation and the execution of new partnership opportunities. - Conceive and write product/services presentations, proposals, and contracts. - Generate financial models and feasibility studies for potential partners. - Work closely with Marketing to strengthen and leverage partnerships and develop materials to support business development efforts. - Coordinate with development, engineering, production and CRM departments to integrate solutions into Zkey offering.

- Global Brand Manager responsible for all aspects of product marketing and business development plans including worldwide market analysis, strategic positioning, pricing structure, budgets, packaging, literature and advertising development, and long term brand management.- Development of launch programs for a 50+ US, UK, and German direct sales force including product training, market and competitor training, and incentive/bonus structures.- Successful development and coordination of high-volume, integrated direct marketing programs that include direct mail, advertising, telemarketing, web content, trade shows, and on-site customer seminars for both domestic and international markets.- Heavy work with inside/outside art agencies, pre-press/production houses, and printers. - Responsible for lead generation programs and mailing list database development and management.
