After leaving IPSOS MORI in 2010, I started Quiddity to continue my interest in methodologically innovative research, particularly in the use and analysis of naturally-occurring data in social and consumer research. I work with a diverse range of people from advertising account planners, marketers and strategists in the private sector to not-for-profits, political parties and organisations in the public sector, both in Ireland and the UK, providing clients with unique cultural & contextual insights. With specific expertise in the analysis of culture and language, I use specialist qualitative techniques, such as discourse analysis and ethnography, as well as quantitative natural language processing (NLP), to turn abundant data into compelling insight. Using naturally-occurring data to tackle problems in: brand strategy, consumer insights, user research, cultural research, organisational culture, communications and political strategy.
