As a Co-op designer at AMI Attachments I am responsible for keeping up with orders of custom machinery attachments. When necessary I will design new attachments while heavily utilizing Inventors Vault Copy Design feature. A unique task that has been given to me is to create a company wide custom Content Center. This requires me to not only be able to create accurate models in Inventor but also to manipulate Excel documents and read 2D drawings. This Co-op placement allows me to expand my skills in 2D and 3D design, 3D visualization, and has shown me the expectations for manufacturing industry standards.
