In this role I continue with mainly the same responsibilities as in the Sales Development team but by joining the Framery IT team I will be able to put even more focus clearly on developing the digital solutions for our Sales and Marketing functions.

Our Sales Development team is responsible for making sure Framery’s Global Sales Team has the best tools, current knowledge and updated materials easily available to succeed in their daily work. We work in multiple gross functional projects closely with other teams like Product Development, IT and Marketing.My own main focus is in developing the digital sales tools used by our own sales team as well as our global network of Partners. I work closely with our CRM system, ensure it supports the sales work and make sure we are able to utilise its data in decision making. I have also been working with our quoting tool and Partner portal Framery 360 since the project of building the community platform started a few years ago. At the moment that part of my work includes maintenance tasks, development sprints, user activation as well as internal and external trainings.

As a Customer Operations Trainee my tasks included close communication with Framery’s global partner network, customers but also internally with the whole Supply Chain function. Every day was filled with versatile tasks including order processing, global logistics handling and invoicing.

As a Project Manager the areas of responsibilities were wide, including project team recruitment and management, new customer acquisition, budgeting and managing the current customer orders. This position required a lot of communication with the team, my project manager partner but also with all the stakeholders.

Yrityspäivät is Finland's largest two-day recruitment event for University students organised every February in Tampere. As a customer coordinator I was responsible for customer acquisition, managing the participation and communicating with the companies throughout the project. I was also part of the marketing and communications team.
