Luckily, I found my own path as I entered the world of procurement. I started as a sourcing specialist and got to learn how sourcing is done globally and sustainably. This created a great foundation for my current job as a procurement process developer. Together with my team, we develop and implement best-in-class procurement practises, processes and tools. I enjoy collaborating and brainstorming. Thus, I like how my role emphasizes strong collaboration with stakeholders as well as strategic thinking and development. I tackle challenges with my positive attitude and my diligence takes me forward. I strongly believe in self-development. I have a master’s degree in supply management. I reached 4.7/5 GPA and completed my degree with distinction. Most importantly, I gained deeper knowledge and broader understanding of all the aspects of supply management. In order to expand my skills and meet the needs of a changing working life, I studied digitalization and analytics as minor.When I'm not interacting with my stakeholders or developing best-in-class procurement processes and practises, I do sports. Mostly CrossFit 🏋🏻‍♀️ or when I need to relax, walking in the nature is a sure choice. CrossFit has taught me many skills which help me at work, like pushing outside of my comfort zone and not giving up when things get hard. I'm a curious person and eager to explore the world as I believe new experiences teach a lot.
