Coordinating short term Youth exchange programs for young people. My responsibilities are Future Leaders scholarship program between US and Finland in co-operation with EDUFI (Finnish National Egency for education) and US embassy in Finland. And three other short term exchange programs in Finland.

School visitor in a project called "Tarinoita solidaarisuudesta". A project about media education and global education for both upper elementary school students and high school students.

Coordinating and organizing Erasmus+ youth exchanges with local youth groups from Kerava. My main responsibilities have been to facilitate the International youth exchanges as they take place and organizing the practical issues as well workshops and facilitating the learning processes of young people and together with local youngsters. One of my responsibilities has been communication about the projects and I have been also responsible for applying the money and reporting of the projects.

Trainer and training designer in a project funded by Ministry of Employment and Economy.

Two semesters on business studies and entrepreneurship learning by running our own business and projects. Studies included marketing.

Activities and Societies: Organizing a Youth conference 360 degrees with 200 participants coming from all over the world. Internship.
