I have proven to be able to multitask, meet tight deadlines within fast-paced environments using my initiative to solve problems whilst maintaining a level head at all times with a high level of accuracy ensuring the delivery of services within compliance to customer service levels in a professional manner always following up with the client in order for their needs to be met.I enjoy dealing with complaints and making sure the customers journey goes from bad to better. I also do as much as I can which normally results in doing overtime to achieve everything.
