Senior Manager, Patient Experience
CurrentBuild processes & oversee administration, analysis, and reporting of patient experience surveys across multiple programs and lines of business.Facilitate monthly Strive Patient Advisory Board conversations and distribute insights to relevant stakeholders.Develop Strive patient journey maps to support strategic discussions and decision-making.Promote staff engagement in patient experience efforts by collecting & sharing ‘patient wins’.Collaborate with operations, training & product teams to drive process & program improvements.
