I had to be flexible with my position since it was within a country club setting. Although I worked mostly in the event planning office at the beginning of the summer, I found myself being a hostess for the dining room and working down at the pool (serving food/drinks to people and working poolside events) towards the end of summer. While working in the event planning office I filed papers, cut out name cards for weddings, wrote thank you notes and help set up events.
