As Head of controlling I was responsible of recruiting and being supervisor for controlling team and organising the controlling function for our clients. After setting up the team I was reorganizing the accounting and controlling team to ensure best possible organization for delivering financial services. As development manager I am responsible of facilitating development, control and quality improvements in Finance Services in Colliers International Finland. The role includes following tasks* Improving the flow and control environment and quality of the financial services processes (bookkeeping, purchase, payment, invoicing and reporting) * Facilitating ISAE 3402 project in Financial Services main processes by improving the control environment and documentation. * Managing RPA project relating to automating bookkeeping processes with RPA by using UiPath. * Advising and educating Finance Services personnel relating to changes in accounting (FAS, IFRS) and taxation legislation. Education is especially concentrated on holding companies, MRECs and RECs. * Forming Excel-tools to support the work of accounting and taxation reporting* Responsible of accounts payable and payment processes and developing control environment and working methods in those.* Working as supervisor for accounts payable team and improve the working methods in accounts payable process with the team.* Reporting and facilitating the needed quality and process changes through Financial Services Board of Directors.

Responsible of finance and HR processes by leading accounting and administration team and by being part of the management team. Providing monthly reports of yearly profit and cash flow estimate to the board and the management team. Making yearly budget and consolidated financial statement according to FAS and IFRS. Handling business and tax risks (such as estimation of withholding taxation effects, risks of forming permanent establishment) in international business environment. Planning transfer pricing documentation. Handling finance operations in Head office Finland and in other businesses abroad.

Responsible of managing audit teams and communicating audit findings to the management. Leading Audit quality team in Tuokko. Participating in financial due diligence projects and internal audit projects.

I'm responsible for the planning, organizing and managing audit projects. I perform audit individually and in teams. I manage audit teams, review their work and report the findings and recommendations of corrective actions to CPA Auditor and the client. I help clients with questions considering financial statement, bookkeeping, corporate governance, control environment etc. I have wide client portfolio from car industry to environment services.

Working as assistant auditor includes a lot of client work, understanding and analyzing of financial statement and understanding multiple business and process environments.

At Osuuspankki (Cooperative bank) I was working at every day customer service. Hence managing cash and every day problems formed mostly of my working days.

As research assistant I was searching and processing financial statement data with Excel. Research assistant position developed my excel and financial statement understanding skills.
