As a member of the Apple Device Management team, I manage and support Apple devices using Jamf, automate workflows with GitLab, and write scripts in Python and Bash. This role includes packaging software, creating Jamf configuration profiles, and managing updates and patches for macOS and iOS devices. I am also responsible for creating clear and accurate documentation for use internally and externally by our clients. Additionally, I participate in projects to improve the experience and empower our end-users with the Apple platform.

As an IT Coordinator, I provided technical support for schools, departments, and individual faculty/staff supported by Campus Technology Support. I also served as a team member for various technical projects. In this position, I was one of several primary contacts for schools, colleges, and departments supported with Service Level Agreements (SLA) by Campus Technology Support. Additionally, I provided mentorship, training, and encouragement to our student technicians.
