Supporting the Ramboll ERP Solutions team.

Junior working with UiPath, also dabbled in Power Platform, while documenting & learning integrations (Opentext Liaison). I participated in a multi-year local-to-global integration project, where we successfully moved critical HR, payroll and business integrations from a legacy integration platform to Ramboll Group's global environment. My role was to monitor the old integrations while the new ones were being built from the ground up. Documentation was nonexistant so we had to first figure out the logic and schedules, document them, and then pass those on to the global team for them to build it. A lot of time was spent examining SQL scripts, XML-files and other documents to find and confirm information. I also took part in testing the new integrations.

ServiceNow ticket queue coordinator, ERP support, all around helping hand. My duties include (but are not limited to): prioritizing, solving and escalating issues from internal customers accordingly, communicating with Global Business Applications and relaying the info locally, training and cooperating with other business support departments. Our goal at Business IT is to streamline and enhance Ramboll Finland's business processes to everyone's benefit via automation, robotics and strong local support.I'm also currently studying with UiPath Academy. We have a couple of RPA solutions in production which I'm looking after in the UiPath Orchestrator, and I'm also participating in the development of new solutions.

Planning and teaching a course in basic computer skills for elderly people.Topics also included: safe internet use, how to take care of personal business (for example paying bills, reserving doctor's appointments, etc) in a modern society where services are only available online, and how to find fun and interesting things from the wonderful world of internet. Social media, credible news sources and other tips and tricks were also discussed.

Customer Service at Kontupiste: solving computer problems (mostly software updates, installs, cleaning, also some hardware fixing), helping people use different applications and the internet, selling tickets via different ticketing systems (Ticketmaster, Lippupiste and a few others) at the info desk, and other maintenance duties.

Helping with Onninen's internal Intranet & website content update project. SharePoint content creation, data entry & transfer to new pages, spellchecking, updating & keeping in touch with the content managers.
