Design Solutions Coordinator
Current-Reviewing pricing and making product suggestions based on customer budget-Defining project scopes, processes, timelines, budget parameters, quoting, design development, and managing the execution of projects-Communicate with multiple departments, and vendors, keeping projects on time and within budgetary constraints-Communicate with the Sales Rep and/or customer throughout the progress of the project and identify and overcome potential roadblocks to avoid project hiccups-Maintain customer relationships, anticipating their needs and serve as liaison between the customer, various departments, vendors and sales team-Monitor and track project progress via Trello and through other company procedures-Customer focused with a vision of continuously improving the customer experience
