1. Brief engagement team members on areas of focus / risk areas / potential audit issues.2. Provide supervision and instruction to audit staff to ensure that audit procedures areperformed and documented in accordance with the firm's audit methodology.3. Monitor the progress of the audit work.4. Review working papers to ensure their completeness with proper sign offs by the relevantpersonnel.5. Review draft financial statements6. Prepare Audit committee memorandum for the audit findings to be tabled in the Audit Committee meeting;7. Prepare the analysis on the movement in the SOFP and SOPL and the factors contributed to the significant movement during the year; 8. Draft the proposed auditor's report.9. Ensure that assembly of the audit engagement file is complete.10. Prepare billings and assist in collection11. Any other tasks as delegated by engagement partner where necessary12. Plan the audit work programme including the timing and extent of the audit procedures to be performed and agree timeline with client;13. Review consolidated financial statements and relevant workings; and 14. Review the quarter results announcements by the listed companies.
