I grew up in Hanover, Virginia where I explored my passion for riding horses while greatly expanding my education. Balancing academics, clubs, extracurriculars, and riding helped prepare me for my time ahead at Sweet Briar College and my future beyond that. While at Sweet Briar I grew tremendously as a dedicated student and leader. I became a presidential scholar, was named to the dean’s list multiple times, awarded scholarships, and inducted into multiple honor societies. In addition to my academic success, I balanced being a full time athlete and student. I was a part of the NCEA/NCAA and IHSA riding teams. I helped earn the NCEA Single Discipline National Championship my first year and saw success as an individual champion in IHSA my sophomore year. I was named rookie rider of the year my first year as well as rider of the year my senior year. In addition to my success as an athlete, I was nominated as the junior and senior captain of the NCEA team which helped me learn many skills that come with being a successful leader and teammate.In May of 2024 I graduated from Sweet Briar with a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Magna Cum Laude. Now I look forward to the future and continuing to showcase my dedication, hard work, leadership, and many other skills!
