I am responsible for training all new incoming teammates and maintaining critical detailing documentation/standards that are used by the entire detailing department, and in some cases the entire division.

In this role I was responsible for detailing steel building orders to the customer specifications, engineering specifications, and shop standards. I had to provide the customer with a set of erection drawings showing them exactly how to put up the building and a bill of materials with all of the material being shipped to their job site. I also had to provide the shop with a set of fabrication documents (both PDF and electronic data) to show them exactly how to make each piece. I was ultimately responsible for the entire project getting erected properly in the field and getting fabricated properly in the shop.
