Leading a team responsible for the digital experience of Beekse Bergen, Dierenrijk, ZooParc, Dierenbos, Aviodrome, AquaZoo and Klimrijk. We facilitate the websites, apps and e-mail marketing for the different exploitations and manage the content available on these digital platforms. A key center point in our work is our Customer Data Platform in which we store guest information and from which orchestrate our guest journeys: from purchase confirmation, to pre- and post-visit e-mails and app personalization. We’re continuously improving our data strategy to better enhance the guest journey for optimal guest experience and to improve conversation rates on our channels.
