Som projektledare på Vård och omsorgsförvaltningen i Helsingborg drev jag tvärfunktionella projekt med fokus på digitalisering som syftade till att förenkla och minska administrationstiden för många av våra medarbetare. Ett av projekten syftade till att införa ett nytt kvalitetsledningssystem (digitalt och på pappret) och göra en förflyttning mot ett processorienterat arbetssätt. Jag påbörjade även byte av journalsystem (Procapita ->Lifecare) och drev uppstartsprojekt av nya verksamheter såsom vårdboendet Furillen.

The main work task was to measure, analyze and develop a number of purchasing KPIs. More specifically, this meant that I:- followed up and analyzed compliance with Lantmännen's SCoC (Supplier Code of Conduct)- analyzed the use of a common purchasing system- consolidated and analyzed reported savings from group-wide streamlining activities.I was responsible for measuring, reporting and communicating the above mentioned KPIs to Lantmännen's purchasing managers on a regularly basis. Furthermore, I was also responsible for educating buyers and category managers in processes connected to Lantmännen's work with their SCoC as part of their efforts in controlling sustainability risks in their supply chain.
