At Earth Guardians, we train, educate, foster community engagement, and implement direct action to empower our network of intergenerational volunteers to be influential leaders in the intersections of environmental justice to benefit underserved communities. Our purpose is to create an impact that shapes the future of global decision-making by putting the power into the hands of youth, women, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC communities, folks living with visible and invisible disabilities, and other disenfranchised identities. I am honored to be leading our core team in inspiring and training youth leaders in 61+ countries worldwide. As the ED of an international environmental nonprofit, it's my top priority to solve the critical needs of underserved communities. However, I still oversee many back-end organization needs, such as large-scale project management, finances, accounting, public relations (PR), day-to-day operations, and company-wide training and development (HR) to make the vision come true. I also have the immense privilege of traveling on behalf of Earth Guardians to speak at conferences, forums, workshops, rallies, schools, and other events. I did bookkeeping, accounting, budget management for programs and large-scale global projects, payroll, invoices, and weekly financial insights.

• Event Planning- Plan and host monthly campus events: workshops, interactive tabling activities, social media challenges, etc.: to raise awareness and empower peers to be Eco-leaders. - Created social media marketing advertisements to promote events and activities• Environmental and Political Advocacy - Hosted meetings with Colorado politicians/government officials - Created serval local and state-wide petitions - Organized local rallies to advocate for environmental and human rights - Composed environmental policy amendments and proposals for local governments• Leadership- Trained and organized peers, ages 6 to 62 years old, to be able to advocate and educate others about environmental/human rights

• Program Development- Pioneered an organized system, specific to the university, for collecting quantitate and qualitative measurements of large scale resource usage• Resource Audits- Conducts quarterly water, energy, material usage, etc. audit- Successfully implementation of the program has ensured the university will continue to add quarterly updates to compare the progression of mitigating its' ecological footprint- The audit program has made it possible for the university to target problem areas, where funding and resources are being overused

• Grant Writing & Project Management- Design, research, and compose the details of implementing sustainable projects- Collaborated with students, faculty, facilities, and community members to ensure inclusivity of all projects- Managed the execution of each accepted project• Drove over 10 sustainable projects that reduced resource usage (ROE) and increase profits by lowering associated costs (ROI)
